In 1996 Bill became a licensed Realtor® in Connecticut. After working with several buyers and sellers, and in order to get a more thorough understanding of the business, Bill joined a New England based bank as a mortgage loan officer. Originating mortgages for home buyers gave greater depth to the entire home buying process. The passion, however, was in the homes and clients themselves.

After relocating to Florida, Bill obtained his Real Estate license in the State of Florida and is now Vice President and Senior Managing Broker for Worth Clark Realty and Team Leader of The Munette Group . Bill stays current with today’s Real Estate Laws and Marketing. Residing in St. Petersburg, Bill is currently specializing in Residential Home Sales as well as Commercial Sales in the Tampa Bay area of Florida. Bill’s main focus is being there for his agents throughout the State as well as working with homeowners in the area and developing an International Network of other Real Estate Professionals.

Bill is continuously seeking additional knowledge in the world of Real Estate and has earned the following designations and certifications from the National Association of Realtors®.
